Dr. Charles M. Sheaff MD, FACS is a licensed and board-certified surgeon who is dedicated to affordable and quality healthcare as well as community education and outreach. Dr. Sheaff has been a practicing surgeon for over 25 years. He specializes in the diagnosis and surgical treatments of hernias, varicose veins, diverticulitis, breast cancer, and many other ailments.

Patient Referral Procedures

When referring a patient to Dr. Sheaff, the patient, referring physician or physician designee can call Dr. Sheaff's office. If the referred patient has a special problem/concern Dr. Sheaff would prefer to talk to the physician personally. It would be helpful if the referring office would forward pertinent patient records to Dr. Sheaff's office.

Referred patients will be seen the same day.

Dr. Sheaff will send a letter to the referring physician to communicate the treatment plan for the referred patient. Scheduling information will be faxed to the referring physician, once the surgery has been scheduled. If the referred patient has a complicated case, Dr. Sheaff will call the referring physician directly.
